Selling the Same Product on Multiple Meesho Accounts? Fix Your Scattered SKUs

As Meesho sellers grow, many open a second or third account and list the same physical product on each — to spread risk, capture more visibility, or separate catalogues. It's a common, sensible strategy. But it creates a quiet operational headache at dispatch time.

The scattered-SKU problem

To tell the same product apart across accounts, most sellers add a small prefix or suffix to the SKU. So one t-shirt design becomes:

  • A-1002 on account A
  • B-1002 on account B
  • 1002 on account C

On your shelf, that's one product. But when you download labels from all three accounts and combine them, your tools — and your packing team — see three different SKUs. The result:

  • Your picking summary splits one product into three lines.
  • Packers make separate trips to the same shelf for what should be a single pick.
  • The risk of grabbing the wrong variant goes up, and that's how mispicks — and returns — happen.

The fix: club similar SKUs

The solution is to tell your label tool that these SKUs are the same product, so they group together. The trick is to strip the part that differs (the account marker) and match on what's left:

  • A-1002, B-1002, Z-1002 → all become product 1002
  • AK-2005, BK-2005, CK-2005 → all become product 2005

Once clubbed, all variants of product 1002 appear together in your picking list and sit next to each other in your printed labels — so you pick them in one trip. Crucially, each label still carries its own real SKU, so shipping and returns stay correct. You're only changing how items are grouped for you, not what's printed for the courier.

How to set it up

  1. Download and combine your label PDFs from all your accounts.
  2. Turn on Club similar SKUs and choose how to match — for example, "ignore everything before the dash" turns A-1002 into 1002.
  3. Check the live preview, which shows exactly which SKUs were merged (e.g. A-1002 + B-1002 + Z-1002 → 1002), so nothing is grouped by mistake.
  4. Print your sorted labels and pack from the clubbed picking list.

This is one of those features that sounds niche until you're running multiple accounts — then it saves real time on every single dispatch. Most generic Meesho label crop tools don't handle it at all.

Pick once, not three times

If you sell the same product across multiple Meesho accounts, scattered SKUs are silently slowing your packing and inviting mistakes. Clubbing them fixes it in seconds.

Label Sorter lets you club similar SKUs across accounts, sort labels by courier, SKU, colour or size, and build a ready-to-print picking list — all in your browser, with your data never leaving your device. For the full dispatch routine, see our guide on cutting packing mistakes and dispatching faster.
